In our efforts to ensure we are meeting the needs of our practice population, we need to hear from patients their opinions on how we can continue to improve and maintain the quality of our service and help to develop other local services you might benefit from.

We have a Patient Viewpoint Group which consists of patients who have agreed to share their email address with us and are our first point of contact when we develop new services and plan surveys. If you would like to be part of this virtual group please contact the Practice Manager, Sally, for further details. 

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible.
